What does your child do well? As parents, we know that our children already have the skills one sort or other. Some kids will have a knack for singing, while others will excel in painting.
Letting them explore on their own is essential to discover and nurture their true gifts. For instance, motivating kids to participate in various activities is a good opportunity to discover their interests. Aside from stimulating their creativity, doing this will also help push children to explore their full potential.
While they are young, allowing your kids to realize their talents is helpful in honing their skills. And as parents, we can be the number one support that they need.
Last February 24, Raix and I were very fortunate to be invited to Promil’s iShine Talent Camp Launch for this year. Personally, this is something I look forward to for Raix back when he was still a baby. I recall that I imagine him joining the talent camp, singing and dancing with the other kids. So, I wouldn’t miss this opportunity!
As we got to the venue we got more excited as we are greeted by these cool photo op backdrops.
The Promil 4 iShine Talent Camp 6 launch was hosted by the Multimedia Star Ms. Toni Gonzaga. Mommies and daddies are taught on what Promil has to offer our little ones by doctors and food scientist & nutritionist.
“We’re so excited to finally open the most exciting PROMIL® Four i-Shine® Talent Camp 6 yet, where we will witness, once again, the awesome talents of the young participants,” Villegas added. “This year, we are also bringing back our camp masters on board, who will help discover, nurture, and inspire their talents so that they will shine brightly.”
This season, the PROMIL® Four i-Shine® Talent Camp 6 showcases four different workshops namely, Music, Dance, Arts, and Engineering. Maestro Ryan Cayabyab returns as the camp master who will lead the Music Workshop, Teacher Georcelle Sy, of the G-Force Dance School for the Dance Workshop, Teacher Robert Alejandro and his team from Papemelroti for the Art Workshop, and a new set of workshops focused on Engineering to be led by Teacher Lei Sta. Maria of Engineering for Kids.
We were also amazed by the Promil iShine Talent Camp graduate’s presentation. They sang, danced and one of them played the drums! These kids are so talented! 🙂
The best part of the event was when the kids got the chance to experience what is in store for them this year at the Promil iShine Talent Camp. My son Raix sure had fun! 😀 We will share to you his experience through his YouTube Channel – Raix at Play.
The PROMIL® Four i-Shine® Talent Camp 6 will run from April 2 to May 3, 2018. It will be conducted in different locations in Metro Manila and will be concluded through a recital on May 11, 2018where the participants of all four workshops will perform.
The PROMIL Four i-Shine® Talent Camp 6 will also visit key cities in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao via road shows to allow children outside Metro Manila to experience the thrill of the workshops.
PROMIL® Four i-Shine® Talent Camp 6 is now accepting enrollees for the summer activity. To enroll, parents should purchase any of the participating PROMIL Gold® Four or PROMIL® Four variants, which has a corresponding discount to any of the kid’s chosen talent workshop. The pre-registration, on the other hand, will be done online through PROMIL® Four i-Shine® Talent Camp 6 website.
Who knows your child may be the next Vincent Van Gogh, Alexander Graham Bell, Elvis Presley or Madonna.
Since its inception, the PROMIL® Four i-Shine® Talent Camp helped discover and nurture the young Filipinos’ gift in partnership with parents. It is initiated by PROMIL® Four, a milk brand, specially formulated for children above three years old. It is also the only brand that contains NUTRISSENTIALS®—the combination of the unique and important nutrients that help support mental and physical development to help Nurture the Gift, together with balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

We were there too! Ang saya lang, lalo na the kids! Hindi pa namin alam kung anong summer class/workshop ang kukunin ng mga bagets. Nakapagdecide na kayo? It’s great that Promil really sticks to its vision, giving kids the chance to showcase and improve their talents.

I agree, as parents, we need to know their talent, gift, and skill so we can help them in enhancing it. Observe their likes and wants. My son is not into sports and music but he likes to draw so I always buy sketchpad.

I’m interested in this for my 8 year old. How much is it? Kasi when I checked the website, buying Promil is only to get discounts. Looking at Music Camp in Galleria.

Kids these days are so lucky there are so many activities they can be exposed to. When my kids were younger there weren’t as much options.

A talent camp sounds like a fantastic idea to let kids explore their capabilities. With my own kids I tried to watch out for cues and signs of interests that they could explore. Then I gave them opportunities to try their hand at it. With my eldest I saw a writing talent and my daughter dancing. Today my son is an awe inspiring write at such a young age while my daughter is part of her school dance club and is always joining various activities. Just keep an eye out and take the time to explore it with them as well.

I’m surprised they have engineering workshops din pala. My son actually just attended a Marine Engineering trial workshop by Engineering for Kids last Saturday. He really enjoyed it.

This is a good way to boost a child’s confidence. My eldest is mahiyain, kaya I enroll her also in classes so she can overcome that shyness 🙂
